You can lose all the SOL you spend.
Coins launched here are memecoins. Most lose most of their value, and many go to zero. Spend only what you can afford to lose. Nothing on combo.cash is financial advice.
Coins
New coins swing hard, both ways.
- A coin has no value beyond what the next buyer pays. Its creator can sell at any time.
- Early on, little has been raised on the curve, so a single buy or sale moves the price a lot.
- At graduation the coin moves to its own pool, and 20% of its raise goes to its combo’s liquidity. After that it trades like any token on Solana.
- Names, tickers and images are the creator’s choice. Two coins can share a name or a ticker. Check the address.
Combos
A combo moves with its assets, up and down.
- A combo is one token that holds a fixed recipe of Solana assets. When they fall, it falls with them, as it rises with them.
- A coin paired with a combo moves with that combo, up and down, on top of its own trading.
- A recipe never changes, even when one of its assets fails or stops trading.
- Each asset in a recipe carries its own risks: an issuer, a bridge, a smart contract, a market.
Tokenized stocks
They track a share price. They are not shares.
- Tokenized stocks are third-party tokens. Combo does not issue them, and their issuers’ terms apply.
- They carry no vote and no claim on the company. Holding one depends on its issuer, and on whatever backs it.
- Stock markets close at night and on weekends. Prices can go stale, then jump when markets open.
- Their issuers exclude US persons and residents of some other countries. If you are one, they are not for you.
Liquidity and prices
What you see is an estimate until the chain confirms it.
- A combo’s pool can be small. A large order receives less than a small one, and you can get less than shown.
- Prices and market caps on the site come from the chain and from third-party feeds. They can be late or wrong.
- Combo holds a community combo’s opening liquidity for at least 7 days, then returns it to its builder, who can withdraw it: the pool can then empty. While Combo holds it, its return depends on Combo.
- Liquidity you provide moves with the prices of the combo token and SOL. You can get back less than you put in.
Software and networks
Code can fail, and networks can stop.
- The programs behind Combo (the combo program, Meteora’s and Jupiter’s) can contain bugs. A bug can cost funds.
- The combo program can be upgraded by a wallet Combo holds.
- Solana, the site or a provider can be slow or down. A transaction can fail and still cost its fee.
- A confirmed transaction is final. Nobody can reverse it.
Your keys and scams
Nobody from Combo will ask for your seed phrase.
- We never DM first. Anyone who asks for your seed phrase or private key is stealing.
- The only site is combo.cash. Check the address before you connect a wallet.
- Read every transaction in your wallet before you sign it.
Laws and taxes
Rules change, and they differ by country.
Laws on crypto assets, memecoins and tokenized stocks are changing. A change can limit what you may hold or trade, or what Combo may offer. Taxes on what you buy, sell or earn are yours to report.
Combo’s own role
Who earns what, so you can judge for yourself.
- Combo earns 0.58% of every trade on a coin’s curve, and a share of the fees of graduated coins’ pools. The terms list every fee.
- Combo provides liquidity and trades on its Official combos.
- Badges state facts, not quality: none of them says a coin or a combo is safe.
